Generate a Missed Sessions report

The Missed Sessions report is a registry of all unanswered session requests. Choose from a list of filters that sort the information contained in the Missed Sessions reports to fit your needs.

Watch this video to learn more about generating a Missed Sessions report.

  1. Navigate to Reports > Missed Sessions.
  2. Click any missed session in the list to view details about the customer, a description of their issue, and any messages left by the customer.
  3. Click Filter Title, and select the filters you would like to use to sort the data in the report. Results are added and removed automatically as you adjust the filters.
  4. Choose a Chart Measurement option to generate the graph at the bottom of the page, and select either a line or pie chart.
