Create a single Calling Card from the console

  1. From the New Session area of the Console, select the New Calling Card check box.
  2. Click Show Advanced Options.
  3. Enter your customer's name and email address.
  4. Click the Change... button next to the Selected Queue, and select who receives the requests generated by this calling card.
  5. Click the Change... button next to Expiration to set expiration options for the calling card.
    1. Enter the support time included on the calling card.
    2. Enter an expiration date, and click OK.
  6. Support Time and Expiration Date are independent. Configure both options, only one option or neither one of the options.

  7. Click Generate Calling Card.
