Month-to-month subscriptions are billed at the end of the month.

Annual subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase for all 12 months of your subscription, and will automatically renew 1 year from the date on which it was purchased. If you have any questions regarding billing, please email sw-msp-cloudbilling@solarwinds.com.

To update your credit card information, log in to the SolarWinds Resource Center and navigate to My Account > Billing. If your credit card is ever declined, please try using another card. If it continues to be declined, please contact your financial institution.

To review your current licenses, navigate to the Admin Area and click your name in the upper right hand corner and select Licensing Information to view details about your license type and the number of concurrent Technicians and Agents you can install.
