Remove Messages from Quarantine

  1. Select Incoming - Spam quarantine.
  2. To remove a single message, select Remove from the dropdown to the left of the message.
  3. To remove multiple messages, place a tick in the box alongside each message you want to remove and select, Remove from the --select action-- dropdown at the bottom of the page - and click Apply.
  4. The message(s) will be removed from the system completely.
