Adding a Tag to a Ticket
You can add a tag to a ticket to make the ticket easier to find using the Search facility.
- Click on the Tickets icon in the navigation panel.
- In the Tickets page, locate and open the ticket you want to tag.
- In the bottom right of the ticket page, click on add a tag.
- Enter the tag and press return on your keyboard. The tag is added to the box.
You can now search for this ticket using the Tag filter in the Search Facility.
