Creating a New View
You can create a new view so you can quickly access site visit schedule details for specific staff members over a defined period.
All custom views you create are listed in the My saved views section of the Views panel.
- Click on New view at the top right of the Schedule page.
- The New view page is displayed.
- In the View name field enter a name for this view.
- Enable the Use as default view option if you want this to be your default view when you access the Schedule page.
- In the Initial layout section, choose from the view periods available: Month, Week or Day.
- In the Staff Agents section select the Staff Agents for whom you want to see schedule information.
- When finished, click on Save view - the view is added to your list of saved views and the new view is displayed in the Schedule page.
