Converting a Ticket into a Site Visit
- Open the relevant ticket.
- Select Convert to site visit from the Options dropdown to open the Convert to site visit confirmation dialog.
- Click on Create a new site visit if you want to specify a date and time for the site visit other than now. If you want the site visit to be created right now, click on Convert.
On confirmation, all in-flight Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be removed from the ticket and the ticket will no longer be listed on the Self-serve User Portal.
