- Go to Settings - Integrations - All Integrations and in the Twitter panel, click on Enable.
- To authenticate all Staff Agents with a specific Twitter account click on Sign in with Twitter.
- Click on Authorise app.
The Twitter authorisation page is displayed.
The successful authentication message is displayed (you can choose to remove the authentication from here too) - and the Twitter icon is now displayed in the main Navigation panel.
