Linking RMM Staff Agents and End-users to Service Desk

Although the initial integration and configuration process includes the import of all RMM Staff Agents into Service Desk, only the admin user logged into RMM and carrying out the integration is linked automatically to Service Desk. This topic describes how to link other Staff Agents and customer end-users imported from Remote Management & Monitoring:

Link RMM Staff Agents to Service Desk:

The following describes how to link Staff Agents so that they can log into the Service Desk and Remote Management & Monitoring admin areas:

  1. Go to Settings - Integrations - MAX Remote Management.
  2. In the default Staff tab, all staff agents imported from RMM are listed. Click Link alongside the Staff Agent.

You can create new Staff Agents in the Staff Agent area. See Creating Staff Agents.

Link RMM customer end-users to Service Desk:

The following describes how to link customer end-users so that they can access the Service Desk and Remote Management & Monitoring front ends.

  1. Go to Settings - Integrations - MAX Remote Management.
  2. Click on the Users tab to display all customer end-users imported from RMM.
  3. Click Link alongside the user.
