If you need to prevent a Staff Agent from being billable, you can use the Hide facility:
This option is only available for unlinked Staff Agents (see Unlinking RMM Staff Agents and End-users from Service Desk).
- Go to Settings - Integrations - MAX Remote Management.
- In the default Staff tab, all Staff Agents imported from RMM are listed.
- Locate the Staff Agent you want to hide and click on the Hide button.
Tip - If you want to make the Staff Agent billable again, make sure the Show hidden option is selected at the top right of the page, and click on the Restore button alongside the agent.
