Ticket Queues Report
The Ticket Queues report displays all Ticket Queues set up in the system.
- Click on the Reporting icon in the Navigation panel and, from the report list, click on Report Builder.
- Click to open the Ticket Queues tab:
- From the Order by dropdown choose whether you want your report data to be ordered by queue Name or Incoming Mailbox name.
- To run the report, click on Run Report - the report is displayed in a new panel at the bottom of the same page.
The Report Builder pages are displayed.
