View Service Desk Integration Problem Reporting

Any problems experienced with the integration process will result in a warning triangle being displayed in the top right of the Remote Management Dashboard.

When related to a check, an error will also be displayed for Service Desk in the Outages tab.

Click on the warning triangle or the Service Desk ticket error text to open the PSA issues dialog, listing the potential causes of the problem as well as suggested solutions and links to the relevant section (this information is also available from the Current Outages tab when clicking on the link in the More Information column).
