Report Types

The following report types are available:

Security and Data Breach Reports

The Security and Data Breach Risk Reports are divided into two categories:

  • Baseline Reports - Report on the scan results from each devices' very last scan, per scan type.
  • Trend Reports - Report on the scan results from all scans in the selected time-frame (day, week or month).
  • For a breakdown of the scan types available and what each one searches for, see Scan Types.

Report Type Details

Baseline Reports

Report on the scan results from each devices' very last scan, per scan type.

Data Breach Risk/Expanded Data Breach Risk

Pulls the data from the last run scan of either: Expanded Data Breach Risk, Data Breach Risk, PAN, PCI & PAN or Data Discovery.

If you want the report to cover the Expanded Data Breach Risk scan data (combines the Data Discovery scan which searches for credit cards, social security numbers, driver's license, date of birth etc., the Security scan and technical safeguards) ensure the Expanded Data Breach Risk Scan is the last one to have run on the device(s).

PCI Pulls the last run PCI scan data. The PCI scan combines our Security scan with some configuration checks (e.g. password history and screen-saver password-protected).
PAN Pulls PAN data (unprotected credit card details) from the last run scan of either: PAN, PCI & PAN, Data Discovery or Data Breach Risk scan.
Security (Patch & Vulnerability) Pulls security patch and content vulnerability data from the last run scan of either: PAN, PCI & PAN, Data Discovery or Data Breach Risk scan
Data Discovery Pulls unprotected credit card details, social security numbers, drivers license details, date of birth etc. scan data from the last run Data Discovery or Data Breach Risk scan.

Trend Reports

Report on the scan results from all scans in the selected time-frame (day, week or month).

Data Breach Risk Trend/ Expanded Data Breach Risk Trend

Pulls the data from the last run scan of either: Data Breach Risk, PAN, PCI & PAN or Data Discovery.

PAN Trend Pulls scan data from all PAN, PCI & PAN, Data Discovery or Data Breach Risk scan.
Security Trend (Patch & Vulnerability) Pulls security patch and content vulnerability data from all Security, PCI and Data Breach Risk scans run on all devices.
Data Discovery Trend Pulls unprotected credit card details, social security numbers, drivers license details, date of birth etc. scan data from all Data Discovery and Data Breach Risk scans.
Important Some reports will pull data from more than one scan type. For example, when creating a Data Breach Risk Baseline report, scan data will be pulled from the Data Breach Risk, PAN, PCI & PAN or Data Discovery scan - whichever scan is the most recent.

To ensure the correct scan data is retrieved, make sure you run the appropriate scan on the device(s) before you create/run the report of that scan type.
