We have noticed that occasionally there has been a conflict between Internet Explorer and certain Browser Helper Objects (BHO) resulting in the Wall Chart failing to display. This is generally accompanied with an Internet Explorer failure notification message.
If this problem does occur please complete the following steps:
- Select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
- Disable enable third party browser extensions - this will turn off all BHOs
- Open the Wall Chart
If the Wall Chart loads correctly the next stage would be to use a process of elimination to determine the BHO that is causing the problem.
