Service Desk

Opens the default web browser at the MSP Service Desk(MAX Service Desk) Submit Ticket Page. The ticket is created with the unique device identifier with any tickets submitted via the System Tray Application automatically linked to the asset in Service Desk.

This option is only available where Service Desk is enabled for the account.

Label display name of email option in the System Tray menu (required)

Prior to Dashboard 5.42.3 this function was added by creating a Hyperlink menu option including the #DEVICEID# substitution strings and your Service Desk URL in the following format:

     

https://yourinstall.maxdesk.region/user/syst/#DEVICEID#
