Service Desk has is own dedicated online Help system.

This is accessible either from within Service Desk:

  1. Log into Service Desk
  2. Click on the question mark in the top right menu
  3. Choose Documentation

The standalone online help documentation linked to above, may contain references to functionality that is not currently available from the Dashboard integrated version.
