Service Desk Ticket Format

Each Service Desk Ticket includes the outage Start Time, Finish Time, its Duration (where closed), current PSA Ticket Status as well as the option to View ticket in Service Desk.

Any messages in relation to the ticket are reflected in the Service Ticket Status with further information and a solution displayed in the outage window (where available).

There may be a slight delay in transferring the information between the two systems (Service Desk and Dashboard) when updating the ticket information.
