Reintegrating the Dashboard with Service Desk

Where the integration was deregistered, it is possible to reintegrate the Dashboard and Service Desk by following the setup process again via Settings, PSA Integration, Setup.

After clicking Finish at Step 10: Confirm Setup rather than Create your new Service Desk Application you are prompted to Re-link your MAX Service Desk.

Click Yes, Do It Now! to confirm and import the Dashboard settings or Return to Max RM to exit the integration.

The Re-link your MAX Service Desk option is not available when Delete Service Desk was selected when uninstalling the integration.
