Customizing the Front-End

Service Desk includes the facility to customize your self-service front-end to precisely match you requirements and includes the ability to:

  • Change the System Title
  • Use your own custom URL to access Service Desk
  • Upload your company logo
  • Set a custom welcome message
  • Set the header and footer
  • Configure the default language and timezone
  • Choose client interactions

These options are configurable in your Service Desk installation under Settings, General Settings,Installation Settings or Branding.

Configure the settings in either dialog and click Save Changes once complete to apply.
