Purge Font Cache
Script Type: Bash
The Operating System and applications can cache fonts to use less memory and provide improved performance.
Indications that there are issues with the font cache can range from fonts failing to load, fonts loading but appear corrupted or garbled (glyphs rather than fonts), fonts do not activate or remain activated, or in some cases the application using the font cache may experience slowdowns when loading.
This Task deletes the font cache from both the local and user libraries, then restarts the font daemon.
