Patch Management Configuration Sections
Patch Management is configurable to match your customer's requirements, from the scan schedule to how patches are handled based on their severity and whether failed patches generate an alert.
There are two options to configure Patch Management, either create Patch Management Feature Policies and apply as required or manually setup the settings file for each selected entity (legacy).
The following sections (apart from General Settings) are common to both configuration methods:
- General Settings (Patch Feature Policy Only)
- Patch Status Check (Scan)
- Installation Schedule
- Failed Patch
