Note Creation

Add a Check Note

1.Choose the target device in the north pane
2.Select the required Check in the Checks tab
3.Go to the Check drop-down (or right-click on the Check), Add Check Note to display the Notes dialog
4.Enter the information in the Technical (private) Note and / or Client facing note sections
5.OK the changes to save

 

Add a Server or Workstation Note

1.Select the required server or workstation in the north pane
2.Depending on the device type from the Server or Workstation drop-down (or right-click on the device) choose Add Server Note or Add Workstation Note
3.Enter the information in the Technical (private) Note and / or Client facing note sections
4.OK the changes to save
