Monitoring Dashboard PSA Ticket Actions
MSP Manager tickets are managed for the Device (Open, Close, Re-open and Force Sync) in the Outages tab of the Monitoring Dashboard.
- Select the Device in the north panel of the Monitoring Dashboard
- Go to the Outages tab in the south panel
- Multi-select the target failures (Shift+click to choose a range or Ctrl+click for specific failures)
- Choose the required action from the PSA Ticket Actions drop-down or right-click context menu
The action is then applied to the ticket selection (where supported).
