Monitoring Dashboard PSA Ticket Actions

MSP Manager tickets are managed for the Device (Open, Close, Re-open and Force Sync) in the Outages tab of the Monitoring Dashboard.

  1. Select the Device in the north panel of the Monitoring Dashboard
  2. Go to the Outages tab in the south panel
  3. Multi-select the target failures (Shift+click to choose a range or Ctrl+click for specific failures)
  4. Choose the required action from the PSA Ticket Actions drop-down or right-click context menu

The action is then applied to the ticket selection (where supported).
