General Settings
A range of account wide settings are configurable in the General Settings section of the Dashboard under the Dashboard's Settings menu.
- Amend your Company Details.
- Setup your Office Hours.
- Decide on your Notes Policy. Prompt for a note when clearing a check.
- Enable or Disable Check Clearing and decide on the clearing behavior.
- Generate or regenerate your Public API key and email it to the entered recipient.
- Configure your Dashboard Security including Session Timeout, Two Factor Authentication and IP Address Restriction.
- Setup TeamViewer Integration for standalone TeamViewer Installations.
- Configure the Agent Management settings covering Agent Reinstallations, Inactive Workstations handling and the Agent Removal Alert address.
- Setup your Custom Dashboard URL (requires system branding).
Please be aware that availability of these options depends on your Dashboard type and logged-in user permissions.
