Update the Linux Monitoring Agent

Command Line

The first step is to update the local package index with any changes that may have been made to the repositories and this can be achieved with the apt-get update command.

# apt-get update

Where an update is available this can be applied by running the install command, which is not only used to install but upgrade the package where it is already installed.

#apt-get install rmmagent

# apt-get install rmmagent
