If path probing is no longer required, deactivate NetPath by removing all of the device's paths.
- Login to your Dashboard
- Open the NetPath configuration dialog
- Choose Customer
- Click the trash can against the Client, Site, and Device to deactivate
Go to View, NetPath
Or click NetPath in the Left Side Navigation Bar
This non-recoverable action removes all paths associated with the device along with their history, associated NetPath Checks and uninstalls the NetPath agent from the device. Once the removal process is complete, the device’s Dashboard Summary tab displays: NetPath - Not Installed
