Refresh Cache

When first opening the Asset Mapping dialog we retrieve the latest customer information from ConnectWise. These details are then cached by the Dashboard to improve load times when subsequently accessing the Asset Mapping dialog.

To ensure the ConnectWise information is kept up-to-date with any changes made in ConnectWise (renamed devices etc.) we have included the option to Refresh Cache.

Once clicked, we purge the existing Dashboard cache then automatically begin rebuilding the cache from ConnectWise.

  1. Go to Settings > PSA Integration > Configure
  2. Then Cache
  3. Click Refresh Cache
