Customers (Clients), Locations (Sites) and Assets (Devices)

MSP Manager and the Monitoring Dashboard share a similar hierarchical structure, although with different terminology:

Customer and Location actions (add, edit and delete) are available in both systems, whilst Asset actions transfer from the Monitoring Dashboard to MSP Manager.

  • Any Customer, Location or Asset action in MSP Manager is automatically synchronized with the Monitoring Dashboard.
  • Any Client, Site or Device action in the Monitoring Dashboard must be manually synchronized in MSP Manager.
