Where the error message Create Time Entry using Time Entry API Failed: processClientAction Failed: Time periods have not been setup for the new year. Please contact your administrator to have them go to the Setup Tables and create Time Periods is returned it may be necessary to setup the relevant Time Periods.
In ConnectWise this can be achieved via System, Setup Tables, Search for the Table : Time Period and select the returned result.
To setup a Time Period click on the add button (+) then enter the required information saving once complete:
