There is the facility to update the PSA administrative account password in the Dashboard where this has been changed within ConnectWise via:
- PSA Integration
- Configure Login
- Validate queries the API to certify the entered credentials are correct
Please note although the ConnectWise password may be changed post-configuration the username used to automatically create tickets cannot be amended once the setup is complete.
To alter this username you must either uninstall the integration then setup ConnectWise Manage on the Dashboard, or use the ConnectWise Manage Migration Wizard.
