Create Time Entry using Time Entry API Failed: processClientAction Failed: Time periods have not been setup for the new year

Where the error message Create Time Entry using Time Entry API Failed: processClientAction Failed: Time periods have not been setup for the new year. Please contact your administrator to have them go to the Setup Tables and create Time Periods is returned it may be necessary to setup the relevant Time Periods in ConnectWise.

  1. Go to System > Setup Tables
  2. Enter Time Period under Table as the search criteria
  3. Select the current period from the returned results
    1. To add a new time period,
    2. Click the plus (+) button
    3. Enter the required information
    4. Save or Save and Close to apply
    5. Select this time period
