PSA Ticket Management - Original Integration

PSA Tickets are managed on the Dashboard through the Outages tab.

Select the target outage then from the right-click context menu or PSA Ticket Actions drop-down choose the required action.

The available options depend on the outage's PSA Ticket status:

PSA Ticket Action

Open

None

Close

Opened

Re-Opened

Closed

Force Sync (with PSA)

Opened,Closed
