PSA Ticket - Original Integration

The PSA Ticket includes the Start Time and End Time, outage Duration where resolved, the PSA Ticket Status as well as the Ticket Number.

From this dialog you can add and view Notes and record Time entries against the ticket.

Any issues in relation to the ticket are reflected in the PSA Ticket Status with further information and a solution displayed in the outage window (where available).
