Please note that these advanced configuration options are available when using the ConnectWise Internet Client available from the ConnectWise University.
The Could not find a priority named * error message may be returned where the string entered in the Ticket Priority section of the Dashboard - covered in Steps 5, 6, 7 Ticket Settings and Configure - does not precisely match the corresponding ConnectWise Priority description.
For example simply entering Emergency Response in the Dashboard Ticket Priority field - where the ConnectWise Priority description is Priority 1 - Emergency Response - would generate an error, whereas with the full description Priority 1 - Emergency Response the ticket is successfully created.
Information on the ticket priority settings is available in ConnectWise via System, Setup Tables, Search for the Table : Priority and select the returned result to display the Priority List.
From the returned results click on Priority to display the Priority List, editing any of the entries if required.
