Step 9: Create Test Ticket
To ensure the Monitoring Dashboard can successfully connect, Step 9 creates a test ticket and note in ConnectWise.
Any problems experienced creating the test ticket are displayed in the dialog. For example:

Create Time Entry using Time Entry API Failed: processClientAction Failed: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object - This indicates a potential configuration issue with the External Integration for the Time entry work type references.
Create Time Entry using Time Entry API Failed: processClientAction Failed: Time periods have not been setup for the new year. Please contact your administrator to have them go to the Setup Tables and create Time Periods This indicated a potential problem with the configured Time Periods.
