Configure Login

Where your ConnectWise Manage settings have changed, for example a new API Key was generated or you wish to update the Domain or Company Name. There is the facility in the Monitoring Dashboard to update your ConnectWise Manage login settings.

  1. Go to Settings > PSA Integration > Configure Login
  2. Enter the updated information
  3. Validate – to ensure the settings are valid
  4. OK to apply
