Automatically create tickets from Dashboard outages with our PSA (Professional Services Automation) Integration for ConnectWise.

Configure your default ticket behavior: generate tickets against the Client (ConnectWise accounts) and Device when a Check fails or a server reports as overdue. Close tickets at the end of the outage - when the Check passes or the server reports as online. Allow acknowledging (clearing) Checks to update ticket states.

Automatically or manually map the Dashboard Clients and Devices to their ConnectWise counterparts

Open ConnectWise tickets, add notes and record billable time directly from the Dashboard in the Check's More Information dialog or its entry in the Outages tab.

Our ConnectWise and ConnectWise MSP (Management IT Solution module) integrations were replaced with ConnectWise Manage, this uses a different communication method to transfer data between both systems whilst retaining full functionality.

Where you already have a ConnectWise or ConnectWise MSP integration configured for your Monitoring Dashboard, we have included a tool to easily migrate your existing integration to ConnectWise Manage.

Please note, ConnectWise Manage 2017.5 is required for the ConnectWise Manage integration.
