As well as the Dashboard all tickets can be viewed and notes added from within Autotask accessible directly from their website or navigated to via a Dashboard link. At the login prompt please enter your Autotask credentials.
Where notes are added to the ticket within Autotask these changes are communicated back to the Dashboard with the outage ticket updated accordingly.
- Any information added in Autotask and updated in the Dashboard will reflect the Autotask not the Dashboard timezone.
- Any information added via the Dashboard is reported in the Autotask under their timezone.

Autotask utilizes pop-up windows, and to avoid any potential problems viewing tickets etc. we suggest allowing pop-ups for the Autotask domain.
