Allow pop-ups for Autotask
Autotask tickets open in a pop-up window and to ensure these are not blocked by your browser or ad-blocking software, we would suggest allowing pop-ups from the Autotask domain.
Pop-up handling depends on the browser. Some may display a message, others a blocked notification in the address bar which when clicked allows you to add an exception to the specific URL or website.
The following examples cover allowing a web site in the browser's settings menu.
Chrome
- Launch Chrome
- Click on the vertical ellipsis button (⋮)
- Go to Settings
- Under Privacy and security expand Pop-ups and redirects
- Click Add in the Allow area
- Enter the Site and click Allow
-
Once added, use the vertical ellipsis against the allowed site to manage
Please visit Allow or block content settings for certain sites for further information on pop-up management in Chrome.
Firefox
- Launch Firefox
- Click the menu button
- Go to Options > Privacy & Security and scroll down to Permissions
