Agent Problem Alert

Where an upload from the Advanced Monitoring Agent contains incomplete check results an Agent Problem Alert Email is generated and the corresponding server on the Dashboard displays the last successful upload time.

The upload may contain incomplete check results where there is insufficient disk space on the device the Agent is installed on or where there are insufficient permissions on the installation folder.

Once the issue has been resolved and data is again received on the Dashboard an Agent Problems Resolution Alert is sent.

The Agent Problem Alert Mail or Agent Problem Resolution Alert Mail content may be edited via the Mail Templates section of the Dashboard
