      2. When Off:
        1. All users will only have the option of the default method selected above
    4. Force All Users On 2FA
      1. This means that all users will need to have some form of 2FA enabled

Sharing Passwords Between You and Your Clients

There may be situations where your organization would like to work collaboratively with one or more clients in order to share passwords with them and have them share passwords with you, using their own client log-in. In order to accomplish this, there are a few steps that must be completed. Passwords can be shared from the MSP to the Client or from the Client to the MSP, and the steps to do so are the same.

You cannot share passwords until the Administrator has created the Organization Key

To share passwords:

  1. On the table of passwords, select checkbox on the left of the passwords you would like to share
  2. At the top of the page, select the "With Selected" menu
  3. Select "Share Passwords":
  4. You can not share passwords from your personal vault to a site's user. You can only share passwords from your company and the site users vaults.

  5. The "Share" menu is displayed.
