Keep your articles section organized and secure with folders for articles.
This feature means that you can now not only create Folders in the client Credentials screen, you can also create them in the Articles screen. This allows you to organize client credentials and articles into a more accessible and easy to follow structure that works for both you and your clients.
The new folder structure for articles, allows users to:
- Clean up the Articles section so it is no longer in one long list.
- Lock down folders to individual technicians for greater security.
- Provide more intuitive grouping Articles together by subject, type, etc.

You must have Documentation Manager in order to access Articles.
