Unlock domain user accounts
If a user attempts to sign into their account and failed a number of times, they will be locked out of their account. This may not be because they have forgotten their password, but they incorrectly entered it.
For the Domain User Management feature to function properly, agents must be installed on the domain controller for the target domains. A successful discover of the Active Directory server will automatically enable Domain User Management.
- Click Configuration > Domain User Management.
- In the Available Domains column, select a domain.
- Click the check box beside the user account.
- Click Unlock
- Click OK.
The user becomes unlocked and can use the existing password to log in.
