You can re-apply a service template to a device if either the template or the configuration of the relevant services have changed. This ensures the most recent settings for the services are applied to a device.
This procedure can only be done at the Customer or Site-level.
- Click View > All Devices.
- Click the name of a device.
- Click the Monitoring tab, then Service Templates.
- Select the check box next to the name of the required service template.
- Click Re-Apply Service Template.
- Click OK.
Updated service template and services are applied to the device.
