Mark the lost or found status of mobile devices

If a user loses the mobile device, you can mark it as lost. This enables you to quickly find and list lost devices for audit purposes. If the user finds the device, you can change the status back to Not Lost.

  1. Click ViewsAll Devices and click the Mobile Devices tab.
  2. Select the check box next to the devices that you want to mark the status.
  3. Click Tracking.
  4. Select Lost or Found depending on the status you want indicated.

In the Features column, the icon changes depending on your selection. If there are many mobile devices, it will be easy to see which are lost. You can also use the Filter selections to find lost devices.
