Reconnect to the PSA after a failure

If there is a persistent networking or configuration issue preventing tickets from being created in the PSA, SolarWinds N-central turns off the PSA connection. Every 15 minutes after SolarWinds N-central turns off the PSA, it tries to turn it on and resume the connection.

You can also manually reconnect the PSA after a failure.

  1. Click AdministrationPSA IntegrationConfigure PSA Integration.
  2. Next to Choose your PSA Solution, move the switch to the right to turn the PSA connection to ON.
