Troubleshooting PSA integration

When you create, update, or reopen a ticket, you may receive the following errors:

  • Unable to set the Ticket.IssueType to be [13] because it is an inactive issue type.

  • Unable to set the Ticket.Status to be [21] because it is an inactive status.

If you experience an error, ensure that the following are NOT set to Inactive in your PSA:

  • Account

  • Contact

  • Contract

  • Configuration Items (commonly, Device Classes)
