Configure creating and delivering tickets by sending an email

Complete the following procedures to configure creating and delivering tickets by sending an email between SolarWinds N-central and your PSA solution:

  1. Review the custom PSA integration checklist.
  2. Configure Custom PSA integration to connect with SolarWinds N-central.
  3. Choose Customers for the custom PSA integration.
  4. Add custom PSA ticketing recipients.
  5. Configure the PSA integration message template.
  6. Parse Data from SolarWinds N-central at the PSA.
  7. Configure your PSA to communicate with SolarWinds N-central.
