Restart a service process that has stopped. Services that have been stopped do not have a value for the Master PID or PID Count columns in the table.
This feature is only available at the system or product administrator level.
- On the Administrator Console in the Central Server area, click Restart or Stop Processes.
- From the What would you like to do? drop-down list box, select a restart option.
- Click OK
When you restart the services, there can be a delay of at least 60 seconds before all the services restart. After the services restart, the system will redirect you to the main Administrator Console screen.
