Question

Why am I not receiving inbound tickets that are sent in emails from my customers?

Answer

Navigate to SettingsTickets & WorkflowsTicket Mailboxes, and verify the status reads OK in green.

Click to edit the mailbox. Enter new credentials, or set up a new mailbox. In some cases, deleting and recreating the mailbox fixes the issue.
